1. WP. Investigation of the complexation properties of peptide derivatives with metal ions such as Cu (II), Co (II), Ni (II), Zn (II), etc., in environments with different pH using electrochemical and spectral approaches. Investigation of the stability of the obtained complex compounds in model solutions.
2. WP. Proving the composition and structure of the new complexes in model solutions using EPR, UV/Vis-spectrometry, fluorimetry, voltammetry, etc. The methods and techniques specified in item 3.1.2 will be used to prove the composition and structure of the obtained complex compounds. The composition and stability of the complexes will be determined by applying spectrophotometric and voltammetric analyses. To determine the number of coordinated ligands in the coordination sphere of the metal ion, the dependence will be studied, where Er is the value of the peak oxidation/reduction potential of the metal ion/complex, and CL is the concentration of the ligand.
3. Proving the conformational state of the newly synthesized compounds and their metal complexes.
