1. Synthesis, purification and characterization of peptide ligands.

Within the framework of this project, the synthesis of new endogenous peptide analogues is planned to be carried out by the established Fmoc-strategy (Sheppard synthesis), using rink-amide-mbha resin as a solid phase support. To fulfill the task thus set, basic methods and techniques for the synthesis of both new endogenous peptide derivatives and preparative amounts of peptide derivatives, which will be used for conjugation with a compound with a chromophore group, will be used. The resulting compounds will be purified by recrystallization and chromatographic methods, and the purity of all compounds will be proven using modern spectral methods.
